Overzicht:
1, HZG-serie chemische procespomp, is ons nieuw ontwikkelde nieuwe producten, een breed scala aan aanpassing, zoals chemische, olie, metallurgie, elektriciteit, papier, farmaceutische, synthetische vezels en andere industriële sectoren voor het transport van corrosieve, neutrale vloeistoffen met sporen van kleine deeltjes.
2, de pomp absorbeert binnenlandse en buitenlandse geavanceerde technologie, op basis van de samenvatting van de technische gebreken van de IH, IP-type chemische pomp ontwikkelen, ontwerpen en bijwerken van een enkele zuigarm centrifugale pomp, de pomp heeft uitstekende prestaties, goede corrosiebestendigheid en een sterke draagvermogen (grote pallet).
3, alle lagers met behulp van binnenlandse hoge kwaliteit lagers, betrouwbare werking, lange levensduur, draaiende delen van het lager met behulp van de warme installatie, geen schade aan andere onderdelen.
4, de aandrijving lager behuizing gebruikt koelwater koeling behandeling, zodat de lager smeerolie en lager temperatuur wordt gecontroleerd.
5, Medium afdichting kiezen voor mechanische afdichting, om het normale gebruik te garanderen bij het transport, hoge temperatuur, hoge druk, het bevatten van kleine deeltjes en speciale media.
6, deze serie pompprestaties bereik (ontwerppunt): stroom 3,2 ~ 400m3 / h, lift 5 ~ 200m, de temperatuur van het transportmedium is over het algemeen -20 ℃ ~ 105 ℃, afhankelijk van de corrosiesituatie van het transportmedium voor de pomp, kan de gebruiker het bijbehorende corrosiebestendige materiaal kiezen.
